Gallery to host the Reception for SUNDOWN POETRY SERIES:
SANDRA BEASLEY�of Washington, DC, is the author of I Was the Jukebox, winner of the Barnard Women Poets Prize; and Theories of Falling, the New Issues Poetry Prize winner. Her most recent book is the memoir Don�t Kill the Birthday Girl: Tales from an Allergic Life. Other honors for her work include selection for the 2010 Best American Poetry and as the University of Mississippi Summer Poet in Residence. June 7 from 6:30-7:30pm.
